Returns & Refunds

If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us in writing by email, post or fax within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will then probably arrange collection and once we have received the goods and are satisfied, we will send you a full refund including the return carriage charge you have paid. If the goods are not damaged or faulty, the return carriage charge will be deducted from your refund.
