Our terms are simple, straightforward and friendly and as a customer you agree to them when purchasing from www.gardenfurnitureoffers.co.uk. We kindly request no misuse, fraud or interference to our website – any such action will be pursued vigorously by the relevant authorities.
Orders
All orders are processed as quickly as possible and we aim to deliver your order within five working days. If there is a problem, we will contact you either by email or by telephone. If you are not entirely satisfied with our proposal, you may cancel at any time.
Payment
All goods must be paid for prior to despatch. If there should be any stock shortages affecting your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Returns
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us in writing by email, post or fax within 24 hours of receipt of your order. We will then probably arrange collection and once we have received the goods and are satisfied, we will send you a full refund including the return carriage charge you have paid. If the goods are not damaged or faulty, the return carriage charge will be deducted from your refund.
Carriage
Delivery is free on all orders over £75 within mainland UK only - with the exception of the Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland, for these areas please call us and we will provide you with a delivery quotation.
Our standard delivery days and times for FREE delivery are Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. We regret we cannot specify an exact delivery time when using the free delivery option. For garden furniture suites and large items we will always call you beforehand to agree a convenient delivery day.
If a Saturday delivery or delivery before a certain time of day is needed then this can easily be arranged for an additional charge depending on the type and size of goods ordered. Please contact us for a quotation for the delivery service you require. We will work with you to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that a signature will be required for all deliveries.
In the unlikely event that your delivery arrives damaged please ensure you sign the delivery note "DAMAGED" this will ensure we can replace your order quickly.
Showroom visits
We welcome visits and collection of orders from our Showroom and warehouse by prior appointment only; Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Please phone for exact details and instructions how to find us. We are situated between Matlock and Chesterfield on the A632 within 10 miles of the M1.
